In my first part, I mentioned that I would stop by zoobyville. Since, we had heard from a number of people that the zoobys gives the most realistic experience, we chose a zooby baby. The newborns cost 3000 L$. This would grow to the 49 stage. A one time investment which means no need to get a bigger baby. With lot of work ahead, we also decided to move to a new place with more prims. The question was how many prims are we looking for and how much would it cost?
The information that I gathered is useful for to-be parents. The number of prims have been taken from the objects displayed in-world at the zoobys headquarters. So, if a few items do not have the associated number of prims, it means the objects were not displayed. However, if you own the items, it would be be great if you could please post the number of prims in the comments section.

Total minimum prims at any time required is 161
if all the compulsory items( 1 item of each) are rezzed. It includes the first half of the fixed cost items only.
Total minimum cost is 3975 L$ FC; 46 L$ per day; 200 L$ per week
if only the compulsory items are bought. It includes the fixed cost items only.
Since I know my new born will cost me L$ 3000 plus the above costs and I also know the number of prims. My next stop will be to search for land. Something we both can afford apart from our monthly costs of L$ 2180 (46*30 plus 200*4).
